Minimum Engagement Term
All subscription-based services require an initial minimum commitment of three (3) months (one quarter). This initial period allows for proper onboarding, assessment, and delivery of services in accordance with professional standards.
After the initial three-month period, services will continue on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Billing & Continuity
 

• Subscription fees are billed in advance according to the selected plan.

• After the initial term, subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless canceled in accordance with the firm’s cancellation policy.

• Services may be paused or delayed if required information, documentation, or access is not provided by the client in a timely manner.
   

Client Cooperation & Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information.

• Respond to reasonable requests for documentation or clarification.

• Cooperate in a manner consistent with professional, ethical, and regulatory requirements.
   

The firm reserves the right to decline or discontinue services that:

• Fall outside the agreed scope of engagement,

• Violate applicable laws or regulations,

• Compromise professional judgment, ethics, or independence.
   

Refund Policy
Refunds are strictly limited and are only issued under the following condition:

• A refund may be considered only if the firm is unable to perform the agreed services due to unforeseen circumstances entirely within the firm’s control.
   

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Lack of client cooperation, responsiveness, or availability,

• Failure by the client to provide required information or access,

• Client-requested actions that fall outside regulatory, legal, or ethical boundaries,

• Requests that would compromise professional standards or the firm’s integrity,

• Dissatisfaction arising from outcomes that are compliant, lawful, and professionally sound.

Any approved refund, if applicable, will be issued on a prorated basis for services not yet rendered.

Professional Standards
All services are delivered in accordance with:

• Applicable professional standards,

• Regulatory requirements,

• Ethical obligations governing the firm’s practice.

The firm does not provide services that involve misrepresentation, non-compliance, or actions inconsistent with professional ethics, regardless of client request.

Policy Acceptance
By purchasing or continuing a subscription, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this policy.
